HERBAL TEA
Herbal teas are also called tisanes. Although tisanes are a major part of the tea world, they're not technically teas. What is commonly referred to as an "herbal tea" is actually an infusion made from a plant other than the Camellia Sinensis plant - the plant from which true teas (white, green, oolong, black tea, and pu’eh) are made. Other nomes commonly used for Tisanes are Wellness, Infusions and Botanicals.

Benefits of Herbal Tea
